Creative Director

• Concept, develop, and manage high-end creative products
• Manage creative teams and tracks of work, including:

Large Format Digital Print Specialist

Just B Incorporated seeks a Digital Printing Specialist with strong computer and software skills. Incumbent must be detail oriented, able to work under deadline pressure, and demonstrate proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, current RIP, and color management software packages. Candidates must be mechanically adept and highly skilled in trouble shooting and problem solving with Mimaki, LightJet, and Novajet printers.

Production/Delivery Assistant

Just B seeks a production assistant to help with the final assembly/mounting of large/wide format prints for exhibits, posters, murals, banners, displays, etc. Qualified applicants will be detail oriented, able to work under deadline pressure, and demonstrate proficiency with power tools, large format cutters, hot and cold press laminating machines, and large format printers. Incumbent will also be required to drive a Company service van to make deliveries/run errands as needed. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Marketing/Sales Consultant

The experienced sales consultant will bring to the table an extensive B2B contacts list and demonstrate a successful history of new business development. Incumbent will be comfortable with cold calling, lead development, networking, and will feel perfectly at ease in a crowd and instinctively know how to "work the room." Incumbent should demonstrate knowledge of a working sales funnel and be adept at managing an active client database. Qualified candidates will have 3 – 5 years of experience in direct sales, a BS/MS in business or marketing, an ability to work under pressure, and possess a consistent and determined drive to contribute to the bottom line. Compensation will be base + commission. Performance-based raises and bonuses will be awarded for exceptional work.
